Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Andrea Mozo, doing business as Product for Impact ("we"). They apply when you use the Product for Impact site and the List. By using the site, you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email, so keep your email account secure. You're responsible for what happens on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the site, and you confirm this when you join.

Free and Full Access

• Free account: browse the free List of organizations and their careers pages.
• Full Access: a one-time payment of $119 USD for lifetime access to the full List, including product leaders and their LinkedIn links. There's no subscription. "Lifetime" means for as long as Product for Impact runs the List.

Refunds

If you're not happy, email hello@productforimpact.org within 14 days of your payment for a full refund. After 14 days, all sales are final.

Using the List fairly

• Don't scrape, bulk-copy, resell or republish the List.
• Don't share your account with others.
• Reach out to the people listed respectfully. No spam or bulk messages.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Accounts closed for breaking the rules aren't refunded.

About the information

We work hard to keep the List accurate, but information changes and is shared as-is. We can't promise it's complete or current, and we can't promise jobs, introductions or replies.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Andrea Mozo, doing business as Product for Impact isn't liable for indirect losses from using the site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
